Literary Association Inauguration

The Literary Association for the academic year 2024-25 was officially inaugurated at SCS First Grade College, Mangalore on October 5th. The event was graced by Mr. Ankith S Kumar, a Counselor from NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte (Deemed to be University), who engaged the students in an interactive session emphasizing the critical role of reading in enhancing communication skills.

The inauguration was presided over by Principal Dr. K. Balakrishna Bharadwaj, who delivered the presidential address, inspiring students to actively participate in literary activities throughout the year. The program began with a heartfelt prayer led by student Sushma, followed by a warm welcome speech from Professor Charitha K.C, Head of the Department. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Miss Harshitha, from the Department of Hindi.

This ceremony marked the beginning of another exciting year of literary growth and intellectual exploration for the students of SCS First Grade College.
